McDowell Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from August 04, 2015 to August 16, 2015 (both days inclusive), in connection with consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended June 30, 2015 as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
