With reference to earlier letter dated May 22, 2014, McDowell Holdings Ltd has now informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to consider, inter alia, the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014 could not be held on May 30, 2014 for want of quorum due to ill-health of the Chairman.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, in due course, of the revised date of the Board Meeting in which the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2014 and recommendation of dividend, if any, will be considered.
