McDowell Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 and recommendation of dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window has been closed from May 19, 2015 to May 31, 2015 (both days inclusive).
