McDowell Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2014, has appointed Mr. M. Srinivasulu Reddy and Mr. Anil Pisharody as Additional Directors on the Board of Directors of the Company, with immediate effect.<br/><br/>Mr. M. Srinivasulu Reddy and Mr. Anil Pisharody will be designated as Non-Executive Independent Director and Non-Executive Director respectively and both will be liable to retire by rotation.<br/><br/>At the same meeting, Mr. R N Pillai, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company and his resignation has been accepted.
