MCS Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2015, inter alia, has decided the following:<BR><BR>1. The B.O.D. has discussed, reviewed and taken notes of updated status of case no. 219 of 2011 "PNB VS MCS LTD".<BR><BR>2. The B.O.D. has discussed, reviewed and taken notes of liquidation order passed by Bombay High order with reference to case no. 219 of 2011; last date of hearing of appeal was on July 21, 2015 but the case was not listed and no further information yet.<BR><BR>3. The B.O.D. has discussed, reviewed and taken notes of BIFR - Matters. BIFR registered in the board and issued as Case No. 68/2015.
