Mediaone Global Entertainment Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider & approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board of Directors, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons from February 03, 2016 lo February 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
