Medicamen Biotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday the May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider & take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year & fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and corporate disclosure practices adopted pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from May 21, 2015 and would open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
