| Medicamen Biotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and, Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014, the Company will provide its Shareholders the facility to exercise their vote for transacting the items of ordinary and special business at the ensuing 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 30, 2014, by electronic means. The Company would be availing e-voting services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL), Further pursuant to Rule 20(3) (vii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014, the Company has fixed August 29, 2014 as the Cut-off date to determine the Shareholders (holding equity shares of the Company in both electronic and physical form) eligible to cast their vote for transacting the items of ordinary and special business at the ensuing 21st AGM. | |
