Mega Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2014, at 4.00 P.M. at the registered office of the Company. The Agenda of the said meeting interalia includes, considering and taking on record the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. <br/><br/>Further, the Company has informed that the Trading Window of the Company has been closed from January 30, 2014 to till February 16, 2014 i.e. after the quarterly financial results are made public.<br/><br/>During this period, none of the Directors/Designated Employees, other persons having access to the Price Sensitive Information and their dependants, shall deal in the securities of the Company as per Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in terms of 12(1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
