| Mega Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, includes, for considering and taking on record the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016. <BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from May 21, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) i.e. after the quarterly and year ended financial results are made public. | |
