Mega Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, to considering and taking on record the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Company inform that the Trading Window of the Company has been closed from May 20, 2014 to till May 31, 2014 i.e. after the annual financial results are made public. During this period, none of the Directors/Designated Employees, other persons having access to the Price Sensitive Information and their dependants, shall deal in the securities of the Company as per Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in terms of 12(1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
