Mega Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Kunal Lalani, Mr. Navratan Baid and Mr. Rajendra Bengani has been appointed as Additional Directors on the Board of the Company. Mr. Shurab Kumar resigned from Directorship and shall not continue as Board member. Their appointments and resignation are approved in the Board Meeting held on October 20, 2015.<BR>
