Megasoft Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Ms Leona Ambuja as an Additional Director (Independent Non-Executive Woman Director) of the Company with effect from March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>The Board has approved the same by passing a Circular Resolution.
