Megasoft Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is convened on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company and the Group for the 3rd Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from February 02 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive), in view of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
