Megasoft Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. A. Sathyamoorthy, Company Secretary, has resigned from the Company and he shall be relieved at the end of the business hours on November 17, 2015.<BR><BR>Mr. GV Kumar, Managing Director of the Company shall be designated as the Compliance Officer in the interim period till a new Company Secretary is appointed by the Company, to comply with the provisions of the Listing Agreement.
