Meghmani Organics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2016, their meeting Commenced at 12.00 Noon and concluded at 2.00 p.m. inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>- The Board decided that the Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.30/- per Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each fully paid up declared and paid on March 23, 2016 for financial year 2015 -16 be considered as final dividend for Financial year 2015-16.
