Menon Bearings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 05, 2015, inter alia, has considered the following matters:<BR><BR>- Recommended the payment of dividend on Equity Shares @ Rs. 0.80/- (Eighty paisa only) per share i.e. 80% of the paid up Equity Share Capital of Company for the year ended March 31, 2015, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
