With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 13, 2014 informing about the proposed issue of shares by Mercator Energy Pte. Ltd. (MEPL), a subsidiary of the Company to professionals including Mr. Atul Agarwal, Managing Director of the Company, Mercator Ltd has now informed BSE that consequent upon the above mentioned issue and allotment of shares by MEPL, the shareholding of the Company in MEPL is reduced to 79.59% and the shareholding of the entity controlled by Mr. Atul Agarwal is 6%.
