Mercator Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from July 29, 2015 to August 06, 2015 (both days inclusive).
