| This is in reference to the Clarification on news item appearing in The Economic Times dated May 04, 2017 captioned 'DA Cap, SSG Eye Control of 4 Amtek Group Entities', The Company wish to clarify: (a) The secured lenders to the Company are contemplating initiation of a process to seek substantial investments from the potential investor(s) in the Company. (b) As of date, the Company has not received any update regarding any identified potential investor(s) from the lenders. (c) The Company can further clarify that as on date the Company is not in on-going discussion with any potential investor(s). (d) The Company does not presently have any information which is required to be disclosed to stock exchanges in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. (e) The aforesaid may also be considered with reference to our November 30, 2016 disclosure to the stock exchanges. The Company will intimate related material developments to the stock exchanges as required under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
