| Metalyst Forgings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company shall be meeting on November 28, 2015 inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window shall remain close for all the directors/officers of the Company from November 21, 2015 and shall continue until the beginning of 25th hour after the public announcement of the financial results are made. | |
