The Board of Directors of Metroglobal Ltd (Formerly known as Global Boards Ltd) at its meeting held on December 26, 2011, has decided the Record Date as February 02, 2012 for the purpose of issue of 1 Equity share of Rs. 10/- each, credited as fully paid-up in the capital of Metroglobal Ltd (Formerly known as Global Boards Ltd) for every 1 Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each held by the shareholders in Metrochem Industries Ltd, as per the approved scheme of amalgamation.
