MIC Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2015, has concluded and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Shri. Malleswara Durga Prasad as CFO & Company Secretary of the Company with effect from March 01, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Divestment of 100% stake in Maave Electronics Private Limited concluded as on January 01, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Considered Appointment of Mrs. Venkata Ramani V as Additional, Independent Director of the Company which was approved earlier through Circular Resolution.
