Midland Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following :<BR><BR>1. The Board has deferred appointment of Mr. Shubham Jain as Non-executive Independent Director.<BR><BR>2. The Board has appointed Mr. Satya Narayan Rathi as Managing Director for a period of 3 years.<BR><BR>3. The board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Chain Singh Barla with effect from September 21, 2015.<BR><BR>4. The Board has approved the shifting of registered office from 101 First floor, 251 Nayapura (Pathar Godam), Indore- 452001, Madhya Pradesh to Plot No C- 12, MIDC, LATUR - 413512, Maharashtra.<BR><BR>5. The Board has appointed Mr. Y Koteswara Rao (Practicing Company Secretary) as scrutinizer and conduct the postal ballot/ e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner pursuant to Section 110 of The Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 22(5) of The Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
