Midland Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the board is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the following items of agenda.<BR><BR>1. To adopt the Unaudited Financial Results by the Audit Committee and by the Board for the quarter/ nine months ended December 31, 2016 and the Limited Review Report (LRR) carried on by Statutory Auditors.<BR><BR>2. In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEB1 (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from February 15, 2017, to February 28, 2017 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, Directors/ designated employees shall not trade in the equity shares of the Company during the above said period.
