Millennium Beer Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction has approved the Modified Rehabilitation Scheme containing Amalgamation of the Company into United Breweries Ltd. The Scheme shall become effective upon filling of the Order with the Registrar of Companies.
