Minda Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2015, has considered, approved and noted the following matters in the above said meeting:-<BR><BR>1. The Board has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.20/- per equity share on 209311640 equity shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) each.<BR><BR>2. The Board also noted that the Company has received in-principle approval from Bombay Stock Exchange Limited for listing of 209311640 equity shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) each.
