MINDTREE LTD. - Board recommends Interim Dividend

MindTree Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 15, 2014, inter alia, have recommended an interim dividend of 30% (Rs. 3/- per equity share of par value Rs. 10/- each) for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. Interim dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders by October 31, 2014.
