| With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 28, 2014 regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 16, 2014, inter alia,<br/><br/>1. To consider the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To consider declaration of third interim dividend if any and recommendation of final dividend, if any.<br/><br/>MindTree Ltd has now informed BSE that at the same meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on April 16, 2014, inter alia, the following matters shall also be considered:<br/><br/>1. To consider a proposal for increasing the existing Authorised Share Capital of the Company.<br/><br/>2. To consider a proposal for declaration/issue of bonus shares. | |
