MindTree Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 18, 2016, inter alia, have recommended a Final Dividend of 30% (Rs. 3 per equity share of par value Rs. 10/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2016 and the Final Dividend is payable subject to the approval of Shareholders at the 17th Annual General Meeting.
