MindTree Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 15, 2014, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2014 and also to consider the declaration of interim dividend, if any.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window of the Company is closed from October 01, 2014 till October 17, 2014 (both days inclusive) as per Regulation 3.2.1 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), 1992 and any further changes to the same shall be duly intimated.
