MindTree Ltd has informed BSE that the administrative committee of the Board of Directors vide resolution passed on March 11, 2016 have approved the issue and allotment of 83,893,088 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, as fully paid-up bonus shares in the ratio of 1 (one) equity share for every 1 (one) equity share held to those shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members / List of Beneficial owners as on the Record Date i.e. March 10, 2016.
