MindTree Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed as follows:<BR><BR>- For Designated employees, from March 16, 2016 till 2 (two) calendar days after the Board meeting date for the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2016;<BR><BR>- For all other employees other than Designated, from April 01, 2016 till 2 (two) calendar days after the Board meeting date for the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2016.
