MindTree Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 12, 2016 to July 19, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 19, 2016.<BR><BR>The Final Dividend is payable only if approved by the Shareholders at the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting and will be paid on or before July 30, 2016.
