MindTree Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 11, 2014 to July 18, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and Special Dividend and 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 18, 2014.<br/><br/>The Final Dividend and Special Dividend are payable only if approved by the Shareholders at the 15th Annual General Meeting and will be paid on or before July 25, 2014.
