Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, May 22, 2017 at Mumbai, interalia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2017. In-terms of "MIRC Electronics Limited - Code for Insider Trading & Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the Code from May 12, 2017 to May 24, 2017 (both days inclusive).
