Mirza International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016 and to consider and recommend final dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from May 20, 2016 till June 01, 2016.
