Mirza International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>For the pupose of the above and as per the Company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from October 29, 2015 for all the Directors / Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company. The Trading Window shall re-open from the start of business hours on November 09, 2015.
