Mirza International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors the Company is scheduled to be held on July 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from July 22, 2015 (Wednesday) for all the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company. The Trading Window shall re-open from the start of business hours on August 01, 2015.
