MMTC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2015, inter alia,<BR>have recommended Final Dividend @ Rs. 0.25/- per Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each amounting to Rs. 25 crore (excluding dividend tax) during 2014-15, subject to approval by Shareholders in Annual General Meeting.
