MMTC Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Arvind Kalra, who was appointed as Independent Director by the President of India vide Order dated February 15, 2013 for a period of 3 years, ceased to hold office w.e.f. February 14, 2016.<BR><BR>Further the Company was expecting Communication from the administrative ministry regarding the extension of his tenure as Independent Director beyond the above date. However, no such Communication was received so far.
