MMTC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on September 11, 2015 has approved the proposal for sale of 10% of ICEX equity i.e. 5% each, to the two bidders who participated in the global tender against the present holding of 26% in ICEX by MMTC @ Rs. 10/- per share subject to the approval by the Govt. and Forward Markets Commission.
