MMTC Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 19, 2015 to September 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, to fix Cut off date (Record date) as September 22, 2015 for the purpose of E- voting rights of shareholders in proportion to their shares of the paid up equity share capital of the Company.
