MMTC Ltd has informed BSE that the following Directors on the Board of MMTC completed their tenure as Non-official Part Time (Independent) Directors on April 09, 2016 in accordance with Order dated April 10, 2013 of Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry:<BR><BR>1. Dr. Subas Pani<BR><BR>2. Mr. Rana Som<BR><BR>3. Mr. N. Bala Baskar<BR><BR>4. Mr. S. R. Tayal<BR><BR>It may be mentioned that the Company was expecting communication from the Administrative Ministry regarding the extension of their tenure or otherwise beyond the above date. However, no such Communication has been received so far.
