MMTC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.30/- per Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016. The dividend if approved by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be paid/dispatched within 30 days from the date of declaration.<BR><BR>The Board meeting commenced at 12:30 PM & concluded at 03:15 PM.
