MMTC Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further the Company has decided to Close Trading Window under Code of Conduct for Regulating & Reporting of Trading by the Insiders and for Fair Disclosures, 2015 as per SEBI Guidelines from November 05, 2015 till the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on November 13, 2015 i.e. during the period from 5th to 15th November, 2015 and the trading window shall be opened on November 16, 2015.
