With reference to voting results submitted by the Company on 28.09.2017 for 54th Annual General Meeting of the Company, it is hereby clarified that the Resolution No. 10 relating to 'To Undertake Related Party Transactions' was passed as 'Ordinary Resolution' and not as 'Special Resolution' as was inadvertently mentioned in the scanned copy of the results submitted with the Stock Exchanges.
