Modern Steels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2013, inter alia, have took the following decisions :<br/><br/>1. Re-appointed Mr. Amarjit Goyal as Chairman and Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. June 29, 2013 and the members approved the terms of his appointment including remuneration.
