Mohit Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia,<BR><BR>- To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>- To consider recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, on Equity shares of the Company for financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, Trading Window for Directors and Designated persons shall, pursuant to company s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, for dealing in shares of the Company, remain closed from May 20, 2016 to May 31, 2016 (both days Inclusive) and shall re-open on June 01, 2016. I.e. re-open after the completion of forty-eight hours from the publication of financial Result (or after the information become generally available).
