Mohite Industries Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Code of Conduct, under Regulation 12 (1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations 1992 the Trading Window will be closed during the below mentioned period for the corporate event.<BR><BR>- Corporate event Date: August 14, 2015 for Adoption of unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>- Window closure period: August 14, 2015 to August 17, 2015 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>The trading window will open on August 18, 2015.
